Editing: notes.txt

1. Select GMT -4 in install its America/New_York Time Zone
2. Check and Copy "files/*" from manual to package in "files/*" folder and keep config-***** folder name to "config".(Make sure to empty the contents of files/css and files/js as the *.css and *.js files inside the folder contain paths, these files are created again after visiting the installation)
3. PHP REQUIREMENT LINK: https://backdropcms.org/requirements and also check core/install.php i.e code, if (version_compare(PHP_VERSION, '7.1.0') < 0).
4. CRON command: https://www.drupal.org/docs/7/setting-up-cron/configuring-cron-jobs-using-the-cron-command (As backdrop is a fork of Drupal7 user need to follow drupal7's docs)
5. hash in `[[dbprefix]]redirect` table in same for all installatiions.
6. Upgrade notes: https://docs.backdropcms.org/documentation/updates
7. Always update the core directory in our upgrade package from the original zip.
8. Check timestamps in `[[dbprefix]]system` table.(These match the relase date timestamps). Don't change.
9. We have kept MYSQL 5.7 in info.xml, as script throws key size error i.e SQLSTATE[42000]: Syntax error or access violation: 1071 Specified key was too long; max key length is 767 bytes on MYSQL 5.5, MYSQL 5.6.
